Boston Stump:
Paul was intrigued by the name given to Boston's Parish Church, 'Boston Stump'.
He felt the name conjured up Northern European fairytale associations of 'spirit people' residing in tree stumps. Paul felt that the platforms should contain a magical quality to be discovered by each visitor.
